Our Healthy Aging Club includes passive monitoring devices that helpkeep you (or a loved one) safely living at home.
These devices detect motion, temperature, and light, and can be placed in various rooms in your home (not cameras)
As a first step, we will meet with you and (if desired) your family to assess your needs and determine how we can best keep you healthy in the safety of your home
A down payment of $275 is required to enroll.Subsequent cost will be in the form of a lease or purchase of the desired monitoring equipment
We will also set you up with 1 or more active monitoring devices such as a BP monitor, pulse oximeter, or scale
The Healthy Aging Club provides continuous monitoring 24/7
The cost of monitoring is generally covered by insurance, and will be billed directly to your insurance planNew Paragraph
