This is the most popular option for our patients we see on a regular basis. 

Includes all of Level 1 Basics  PLUS:

• Doctor will coordinate your care and visit you at Hillcrest Hospital should you be admitted there
• Unlimited phone calls and emails to the office staff
• Weekend Wellness Clinic: Doctor and nurse available every Saturday for preventative visits, urgent concerns, and routine care
• Early morning (before 9:00) and late afternoon (after 4:30) appointments routinely available
• Guaranteed same-day appointments if you call us before noon
• Free weight and blood pressure checks at your convenience

$209 individual (good for 12 months from sign-up date)

• At this level you can talk to or email the doctor directly.

• Occasional direct consultation with your doctor – by phone or email – for new concerns or medical questions (includes, when appropriate, calling in new prescriptions without an appointment)

This plan allows for unlimited direct access to the doctor.

All benefits of level 3 PLUS:

• Regular direct consultation with your doctor – by phone or email – for new concerns or medical questions (includes, when appropriate, calling in new prescriptions without an appointment)

This is our highest level of service.

• The doctor will take your call directly when possible, or will return your call within 30 minutes
• House calls and office visits available on Sundays, holidays, and after hours
